No real news to report, have got back into evening exercise but this morning was my first foray into the humid dry heat the am brings. It was hard but felt great. The evening runs are much much nicer and allow me to stretch my pace a bit. Had a couple of dives at the week end and nothing major was spotted except some sargassum triggers. Mark the dm and a friend actually got pissed off with the group and directed it at yours truly. I was calm and relaxed about it all. I get like that sometimes and he had small reason...but there you go. Am looking into flights now. Could be back in as little as 3 weeks. Mother hasnt been online and is starting to concern me a bit...email me please.
