It has been a tiring day as since lat night I have been helping my mum passify my niece and nephew.

It is rare I get some time with them so I made the most of it but was well relieved when they went home. My mum is getting too old for this though! My sister would have got a break they went to miton keynes shopping for the day.

I have not had a drink since Thursday! I'm trying to get fit again. Im getting my shape back and I feel better?in myself. Still some way to go but that?s not the reason im not drinking, just not really had any occasion except Friday after the important animation I did for the company which went down very well. As I missed Thursday night as worked till 9pm and missed the gym so Friday I went straight from this other hard days work to the gym. I knew I was going to be back in march this week end so I also needed to drive across London, very nice it is too crossing tower bridge at night. I got some clothes and a clipper for horid nose and ear hair!
