I had a fantastic run round the sodermalm area of stockholm today see here http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/8607781

I had energy and it was a nice backdrop not too hot either !

This was a very memorable run for me. The sun was shining and the tunes were pumping. But it was the diversity of the landscape, barren desolate docklands replete with rail track and a fear that I was running into a private area, then on round to actual water where I briefly spoke to 2 surfers ! Yes surfers here so I had to ask but yes no waves here they just paddle training. But then on cutting through a fence into the yacht club marina area where people were eating, sorry for exposing you to my sweaty body passing then onwards grass and beach to my left and circus to my right, time for practise some capoeira and stretching. Then we get further to the bigger beaches and some running on sand. It was really beautiful unfortunately I didn't have my camera. More capoeira on the way back.
