Not wanting to get back into a rut, I got off my ass and transfered the weight of my body on to my lower appendages and went running.
Also hit swimming last night, was not too crowded, did notice that my buoyancy in fresh water was something I need to get used to. I dont notice it in breast stroke so much, but equally nice is the lask of salt, however it is clear it is excercise whear as before it was a pleasure apart from brave baracudas that is. Otherwise I am working on getting
