Carriacou- Grenada

Carricou- Grenada is a much smaller island with not much going on at all in terms of organised tours etc, which is cool. It isnt difficult to find a dive shop even though there aren't many divers comming here, this I think has been of benefit, the larger fish are less diver wary.

I never got so close to a southern stingray before.

Carriacou is a real sleepy island and not a bad spot at all if only there were a few more people around I might stay a wee bt longer..I will have been here for 3 nights after tonight, so I have a little time this evening to explore the north of the island if I get my ass in gear. I have a feeling that I have dived all there is to dive here now, but it was good all the same ! This will keep an option of going to tobago as well alive.

So I tried the 70% jack iron last night and it was hot stuff I can say. I met an english lad and his to be father in law and we chatted to some local guys, man dey is awl friendly ear. Wish I hadnt been so jetlagged would have stayed out longer, but now am ok. Tomorow is church for all of them so I expect a dead calm day.

Today had 2 good dives and saw a massive tail of a green morey and 2 nurse sharks of about 4 - 6 foot each and 2 sting rays, and the second ray I got so close, check the videos ! Yesterday dived on ther sunken tugboat and tested my new gear out, the watch and underwater camera, the first dive i didnt put the camera in to check it didnt leak, so its all great in fact and fun trying to take pictures under the water. Im diving with connie a german girl who is working at arawak divers and unfortunately there are no other divers to hang out with. Its pretty quiet so far on this trip which makes me thing of trying to get across to tobago. have to take the local bus which is funny and costs 3 ec dollars. (easter caribbean)

how do we look at underwater pictures
